Freedom to reach the urban tribes with music, dance, radical sports, drama and juggling arts

Based on this perspective TRIBUS was born, in May 05, and in August of the same year, it won its own identity as an antistic group.

One of the strongest targets of this ministry is to reach various urban tribes, such as: Punkies, Gothics, GLS's, Hip-Hoppers, “duds” and “kitty girls”, hippies, skaters, etc, among the enormous variety of cultural manifestations from thos, with creativity and versatility, by cultural and scene interventions of dance and drama.

TRIBUS develops a strong work in the social and community development areas in the district of Parque Tarobá, here in Ponta Grossa-PR-Brazil, that consists, of drama and dance classes for kids and teens, as Soccer Field Teaching School for the boys from the surrounding communities, and free supporting classes for students with a low performance at School, serving then, the families from where YWAM Ponta Grossa-PR is located.

Those who form the group, Cléber, Carine and Maria Marta, who are dancers, choreographers and actors, and Carol, actress and editor, enjoy hip-hop and street dance choreographies, they are always getting the picture of movies and music festivals that have those styles, to search for new ideas, recycle movements, and to create new drama plays. TRIBUS is a group that is embraced, happily and satisfactorily, by the communities where they work as recognition of its serious work and active participation on the local culture schedule.
